Help
Online Help files embedded in SuiteSolution® allow users to locate answers or access information quickly through table of contents or search functions. Video tutorials provide new users with quick visual instruction on the most commonly performed tasks, quickly making them comfortable with the software.
ReleaseNotes
Provided in the form of a newsletter describing new functionality and upgrades to the software, ReleaseNotes explains how the software is installed and used. This ReleaseNote update is emailed with the software upgrade to assigned contacts. The software enhancement is installed on behalf of the client via remote desktop sharing or posted for electronic pick up by the client via an FTP site.
Training
Our software instructors develop customized training for your staff on the components of your choosing. Evaluations are performed on the skill levels of all personnel involved and their roles and responsibilities in the company. Training programs are then designed around these roles. SuiteSolution is intuitive to Windows® users, which facilitates training.
User Group Meetings
Our customer’s needs and requirements are important. For this reason, we schedule annual User Group Meetings. HickoryTech has facilitated a User Group for every product family it has produced. Through the annual User Group Meeting we work with SuiteSolution users to make sure their business requirements are being addressed.
